Q2: Can I get a sample before production?

Yes, we fully support sample production to help you assess the quality of our products. This is an essential step to ensure that the final product meets your specifications. If your order reaches a certain quantity threshold, we can provide a pre-production sample free of charge, allowing you to evaluate the design and functionality before placing a larger order.

 

Q3: Do you offer customization services?

Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM customization services. This means we can customize various aspects of our products, including logos, materials, colors, and design specifications. Our goal is to bring your vision to life—if you can imagine it, we can make it happen! We work closely with our clients to ensure that the final product aligns perfectly with their branding and functional needs.

Q4: Is the price negotiated? Can you offer a discount price for a big order?

Absolutely! Our pricing is negotiable and depends on various factors, including the materials used and the order quantity. The choice of materials will influence the product’s performance and cost, so we encourage customers to discuss their specific requirements with us. Q5: What is the product’s delivery time?

The delivery time for samples typically ranges from 10 to 45 days, depending on the complexity of the product and our current production schedule. For bulk orders, the delivery time is generally between 25 and 60 days. We strive to meet our delivery commitments and will keep you informed throughout the process.

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Yes, we offer a 3-month warranty on all our products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and ensures that you receive high-quality items. In addition, we provide unconditional repair services to address any issues that may arise during this period, giving you peace of mind with your purchase.

Q7: What are your payment methods?

For sample, full amount of payment in advance is requested. And for bulk orders, 30% T/T in advance, and balance against scan copy of B/L. We also accept other payment methods, such as West Union, L/C, Paypal, Money Crash etc. For our long-term partners, we are open to negotiating monthly payment options to foster a mutually beneficial relationship.

Q8: What shipping options do you offer?

For sample shipments, we provide various shipping methods, including express delivery, air freight, rail transport, and sea freight. The most suitable shipping method will be selected based on the customer's delivery address to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. For bulk orders, we support FOB (Free On Board) pricing and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) pricing, as well as other international trade terms, depending on the customer's preferences and requirements.
